YOUR HEALTH AT A GLANCE

Good day.

Track the measurements that matter, all in one place.

Medical prototype: This app does not measure glucose, blood pressure, or ECG through your phone. Use a validated device, then enter or import its measurements. No emergency monitoring, diagnosis, clinician connection, or automatic device sync is active.

Preparing for connected care

Review device options and see how a future secure care-team workflow could look.

HEALTH JOURNAL

Log a reading.

Add measurements from your approved device. Your data is kept locally.

New measurement

Select the type of reading you wish to record.

Safety: Do not use this prototype for treatment decisions. Severe symptoms need urgent medical assessment regardless of a measurement.

No automatic pairing in this prototype. Bluetooth meter compatibility is manufacturer-specific. Apple Health / HealthKit and Android Health Connect require native mobile integrations, permissions, and testing.

How to prepare your data

timestamp,type,glucose_mmol_l,systolic_mmHg,diastolic_mmHg,pulse_bpm,ecg_report,source,notes

Timestamps use ISO 8601 with a timezone offset. Allowed types: glucose, bp, pulse, ecg. Glucose values are in mmol/L. Use the template for an example.

Files are processed in your browser. The app validates and de-duplicates imported records; it does not verify that a device produced the reading.

PERSONAL DATA

Data & settings.

Manage your locally stored readings and backup files.

Preferences

Appears only on local reports, not an account.

Your backups

Export your measurements to CSV or download a JSON backup you can restore in this app. These downloads may contain sensitive health information.

Imports valid records without overwriting existing entries.

Delete local health information

Delete all readings and local notes in this browser. This cannot be undone. Export a backup first.

Privacy, access and regulatory limitations

Records are stored in ordinary browser storage, without application-level encryption. This prototype has no passwords, multi-user separation, secure server, audit log, emergency alerts, remote medical review, clinical sign-off, or verified interoperability.

Do not deploy for real clinical patient use until secure identity, encrypted storage and transport, patient consent, clinician access controls, retention policies, breach procedures, jurisdiction-appropriate privacy compliance, device integration validation, and an assessment of medical-device requirements have been implemented and reviewed.
